Terms of service

By using FitMunch you agree to these terms. FitMunch provides receipt scanning, meal-plan generation, macro estimation, and nutrition tracking. It is not a medical device or dietary prescription service.

Account

You must be 18+ or have parental consent. You are responsible for your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Personal trainers using FitMunch for client management are responsible for their client relationships and any advice given outside the platform.

Receipts and data

When you upload a receipt, FitMunch extracts food item names, quantities, approximate categories, and visible prices. Extracted data is stored with your account to generate meal plans and nutrition insights. Receipt images may be sent to third-party AI processors for text/food extraction. We do not share your receipt images beyond what is described in our privacy policy.

Meal plans

Meal plans generated by FitMunch are general food planning suggestions based on detected grocery items and selected goals. They are estimates, not prescriptions. FitMunch does not guarantee nutritional completeness, weight loss, muscle gain, or any health outcome. Consult a qualified professional for personalised dietary advice.

Payments

Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Personal trainer clients

PT clients managed through FitMunch must consent to their data being shared with their assigned trainer. Trainers must ensure clients understand how their data is used. FitMunch is not responsible for trainer-client relationships.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data, receipt images, and extracted food data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by emailing support@fitmunch.com.au. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to billing, security, and legal retention requirements.

FitMunch provides general food planning support only. It is not medical advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the information provided through the service.
