Terms for FitMunch accounts, receipts, plans, and PT clients.

By using FitMunch you agree to these terms. FitMunch provides receipt scanning, meal-plan generation, macro estimation, and nutrition tracking. It is not a medical device or dietary prescription service.

Account

You must be 18+ or have parental consent. You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account.

Receipts and data

When you upload a receipt, FitMunch extracts food item names, quantities, approximate categories, and visible prices. Extracted data is stored with your account to generate meal plans and nutrition insights.

Meal plans

Meal plans generated by FitMunch are general food planning suggestions based on detected grocery items and selected goals. They are estimates, not prescriptions.

Payments and PT clients

Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. PT clients managed through FitMunch must consent to their data being shared with their assigned trainer.

Data deletion and liability

You may request deletion by emailing support@fitmunch.com.au. FitMunch provides general food planning support only and is not medical advice.
